Sam’s Club is offering a great free service for members and non-members. You can get a FREE health screening and vision from 11 am to 3 pm on September 8th. The event includes:
- Glucose Tests & A1C Tests
- Body mass index (BMI) and blood pressure tests for kids & adults
- Vision screenings
The service is available at all Club locations with a pharmacy. You can go here to find your nearest Sam’s Club.
