Did you know that companies will send you free stuff just for contacting them? Well I didn’t until a few years ago and WOW was I amazed and what you can get for spending a little time sharing your opinions. I have compiled a COMPANIES TO CONTACT LIST of some places for newbies to start.

The best places to go are the products in your fridge and pantry. Look on the packages of your favorite items and contact them, let them know why you like them. If a product is unsatisfactory to your standards, let them know. It is very common for them to send a coupon for a free item, just for letting them know your opinion. If they don’t send a free one then normally they will send very good cents off coupons or even better my favorite SWAG! This is a great way to start building up your coupon stockpile of really good coupons, because they usually send higher value coupons than what is in the paper.
